Before your order is finalized, you may cancel within 3 hours of placing your order. Prior to processing, cancellation must be informed in writing to our Customer Support staff at contact@ediscountbazar.com. Please be aware, nevertheless, that after an order has been finalized, eDiscount Bazar is unable to cancel it.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the purchase has been sent. Orders may also be canceled by eDiscount Bazar for any reason, including incorrect information, a customer’s failure to respond to a question, using the “Online Bank Transfer” payment method but failing to share your payment reference for more than 3 working days, and/or placing the same item twice. If we don’t hear back from you, we could cancel one purchase.
